S!sters Speak Life was created with one unwavering purpose:
No one in Vance County should face the breast cancer journey alone.
What began as a vision has grown into a movement—one that inspires hope, provides education, and connects individuals to life-saving 3D mammogram screenings through our partnership with Invision Diagnostics.
This is more than a program.
This is more than an initiative.
This is a community—united in compassion, awareness, and
action.

S!sters Speak Life is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
dedicated to inspiring hope and healing through breast health awareness, early detection, education, and compassionate support for individuals and families impacted by breast cancer.
Through community partnerships and outreach, we work to
ensure that every individual has access to the screenings,
resources, and support they need.
One Color. One Cause. One County. United in Hope.

S!sters Speak Life is committed to serving all individuals impacted by breast cancer—survivors, caregivers, and families.
We proudly serve people of all backgrounds, regardless of race, ethnicity, insurance status, or economic circumstance.
We believe that access to education, early detection, and compassionate support should never be limited—and that no one should face the breast cancer journey alone.

S!sters Speak Life was born from lived experience, faith, and determination.
In the beginning, the vision was clear—to bring breast cancer awareness and access to screening to women in our community, including access to mobile 3D mammogram screenings. But the first attempt did not unfold as expected. Only one woman registered, and the minimum number required to bring the mobile mammogram unit could not be met.
But the mission did not stop there.
With faith, persistence, and a deep commitment to the community, we pressed forward—building partnerships, raising awareness, and reaching more individuals.
What began as a challenging start became a powerful movement rooted in determination, faith, and community.
Today, through our partnership with Invision Diagnostics and ongoing outreach efforts, S!sters Speak Life continues to expand access to life-saving screenings and support—ensuring that no one faces the breast cancer journey alone.
Breast cancer changed my life twice. I faced fear, uncertainty, and changes I never imagined. After my mastectomy, even something as personal as trying to find a bra that fit my new body became an emotional reminder of just how much my life had changed.
I wasn't simply looking for a bra—I was searching for comfort, confidence, dignity, and a way to feel like myself again.
What I didn't know then was that this deeply personal experience would become part of a much greater purpose. My journey gave birth to Sisters Speak Life Jeremiah 29:11

S!sters Speak Life is committed to breaking down barriers to breast health services in our community. Through partnerships with healthcare providers, and local medical professionals, we help bring mammogram screenings directly into the community—helping ensure that both insured and uninsured individuals have access to
potentially lifesaving screenings and breast health resources.
What began as a challenge, with only one woman registered, became a story of determination
and community action.

What began as a challenge, with only one woman registered, became a story of determination and community action.
Through faith, partnership, and persistence, that number grew from 1 to 19 women screened, and then to 26.
We advocate through action—connecting individuals to screenings and care, helping ensure
they have a medical provider to receive their results, and working to remove barriers that may prevent access to breast health services.

S!sters Speak Life is dedicated to ensuring that knowledge reaches every corner of our community.
Through real conversations, survivor voices, and community
engagement, we educate individuals on the importance of knowing their bodies, understanding their family history, and seeking early detection.

We create spaces where stories are shared, questions are answered, and fear is replaced with understanding.
Our goal is simple but powerful: to ensure that every individual feels informed, empowered, and confident in taking charge of their breast health journey.

We help connect women with mammogram screenings and breast
health resources, with special attention to individuals who may face
barriers to care. Through healthcare and community partnerships,
we are working to make early detection more accessible.

Through community events, conversations with healthcare
professionals, and survivor voices, we help increase awareness about
breast health, family history, recommended screenings, and the
importance of early detection.

We create welcoming spaces where survivors, caregivers, families,
and community members can connect, share experiences, receive
encouragement, and learn about resources that can support them
throughout their journey.

Pink Out Vance County is made possible through the generosity, partnership, and support of our community. We are grateful to the businesses, churches, organizations, community leaders, sponsors, and individuals who have contributed their time, resources, services, and support to help bring this campaign to life.
Thank you for standing with us as we raise awareness, honor survivors, remember loved ones, and support those impacted by breast cancer throughout Vance County and beyond.
